Pettygrove Physical Therapy & Sports Rehabilitation is on the fourth floor of the Northwest Center for Orthopedics & Rehabilitation. The building is located on NW 18th Avenue between Quimby and Raleigh.
Entrance into the parking garage can be accessed from Quimby. Street parking is available in the immediate area surrounding our facility. Additional parking is available with access from 18th Avenue between Raleigh and Savier.
