Pettygrove Physical Therapy & Sports Rehabilitation is an outpatient physical therapy clinic specializing in orthopedic and sports physical therapy.
Pettygrove Physical Therapy & Sports Rehabilitation was opened in 1999 and is owned and operated by James R. Weggenman, PT, and Vinton R. Mougey, PT. Both Weggenman and Mougey have practiced in Portland since 1974 and bring their extensive experience as physical therapists and business owners to Pettygrove Physical Therapy & Sports Rehabilitation.

Our staff is committed to providing individualized rehabilitation to all our patients as efficiently and cost-effectively as possible. It is our goal to meet the rehabilitation needs and expectations of our patients and their families, our referring physicians and third party payers. In order to meet these goals we strive to be responsive in listening to and understanding our patients’ needs; professional in meeting those needs with knowledge, skill and care; reliable by developing positive and dependable relationships; and accurate by checking and rechecking to ensure that those needs are met properly and completely.
